Je suis avec une version 13 + bureau gnome sur un PC fixe HP Z2 G4.
L'affichage indique +1 heure par rapport à l'heure conforme bien que j'ai fait une installation avec un fuseau Paris.

Bien tenté de faire la modification en mode graphique avec "Paramètres" / Système / Date Heure.
Une fois mon mdp administrateur saisi l'écran se fige suite authentification.
Une solution en ligne de commande? ou autre?

Plusieurs éléments peuvent être à l’origine de ce bug, davantage d’informations sont requises pour le corriger.

Dans ton terminal, renvoi nous les resultats pour chaque commande de:

Vérifie aussi ton heure dans le BIOS/UEFI. Elle doit étre en GMT

D'après le renvoi de "timedatectl" tu n'as aucun service NTP

Pour la verif tu dois avoir "System clock synchronized: yes" et "NTP service: active"

SI ca ne marche toujours pas, cela veut dire que NTP est bloqué (parfeu, erreur DNS, proxy, etc...), et comme le dit PirateBab, verifie l'horloge de ton bios
