Je vous écris pour vous signaler que de mon côté, debian 13 plante régulièrement au démarrage.
Messages d'erreurs fréquemment rencontrés : failure from hd0, you need to load the kernel first, où encore debian fail to boot, press any key to fall back to default entry mon SSD interne.
S'en suis plusieurs redémarrages à l'aide du bouton marche arrêt de mon PC jusque à ce debian accepte enfin de demarrer.
Que faire et à quoi cela est-ce du ?

Edit : j'ai fait un test avec l'utilitaire gnome disques. Bien que la plupart des lignes que je vois affichent soit "dépassement de durée de vie" ou "prédiction de panne", au global les lignes de diagnostic indiquent respectivement "auto-estimation : seuil non dépassé" et "estimation globale : le disque est sain".

D'après ce que tu dis, les NAND de ton SSD ont dépassés un nombre d'écritures critique. Il se pourrait que ton SSD soit en fin de vie.

Je n'ai pas recopié le début car il est identique à mon post précédent (n° série de disque dur etc). De ce que je comprends mon SSD se fait vieux est accumule les erreurs. Tout semble etre bon, d'après ce que tu nous as renvoyé. Ton SSD semble être de tres loins à une limite d'usure, donc aucune raison pour des erreurs NAND. Je serais plus dans le point de vue d'un problème lié a la connexion avec ta carte mère, ou mauvais port, ou cable (s'il y en a) défaillant.
1. Verifie si tu es bien sur le port SATA 0.
2. cable SATA mal clipsé, (débranche et rebranche le).
2. Change de port, eventuellement, branche le sur SATA 1, en verifiant que tu n'es pas sur des ports d'un contrôleur secondaire, s'il y en a un, etc... regarde la doc de ta carte mère.
3. Change le cable.
Et bien sure apres chaque manipe (1., 2. etc...) faut lancer ton ordi pour verifier. De mon coté, c'est toute l'aide que je peux t'apporter n'ayant pas lordi sous la main.
Bon courage et croisons les doigts
